This trek starts from Bumthang and the main highlight of this trek is Hot Spring (known for healing properties) besides passing through rich temperate forests. There are good chances of seeing wildlife such as Musk Deer, herds of Blue Sheep on this trek.

Day 01: Arrival at Paro.
Day 02: Paro-Thimpu
Day 03: Sightseeing of Thimpu valley.
Day 04: Thimpu to Trongsa
Day0 5: Trongsa – Jakar (Bumthang)
Day 06: Bhumthang- Halt
Day 07: Bumthang – Gorsum
Day 08 : Gorsum- Lungsum
Day 09 : Lungsum – Tsochenchen
Day 10 : Tsochenchen – Dur Tsachu
Day 11 : Dur Tsachu- Halt
Day 12 : Dur Tsachu – Tsochenchen
Day 13 : Tsochenchen – Bumthang
Day 14 : Gorsum – Bumthang
Day 15 – 16: Bumthang-Punakha-Paro
