05/10/11 Day 01: Arrival and pick up from the international airport in Kathmandu, after some refreshment we will invite you for a traditional Nepali dinner o/n in a hotel (D)
Day 02: Process visa and free day in Kathmandu o/n in a hotel
Day 03: Flight to Lhasa and transfer to hotel (3600m) o/n in a hotel
Day 04: Sightseeing with jeep or cycle (Jokhang Temple, Barkhor Bazaar, Sera monastery) (3600m) o/n in a hotel
Day 05: Sightseeing (Potala Palace, Norbulingkha) of Lhasa (3600m) o/n in a hotel
Day 06:Lhasa -Tsupu Monastery -Lhasa we drive Tsupu by bus, 65Km & Bike ride back to Lhasa, it is off road cross valley, river, and visit Famous Tsupu Monastery....ride about (5/6hrs) o/n in hotel. Or cycle around in Namtso lake
Day 07:Drive to Namtso Lake (4700m, 6hrs) o/n in camp
Day 08: Cycle to Dangxung Largela pass (5190m) (65Kms, 4300m, 7hrs) o/n in camp
Day 09: Cycle to Yambajing via Nagenla pass (4900m, Paved road, 85km, 8hrs) in camp
Day 10: Cycle to Shogula (Off road, 5400m, 85km, 9hrs) o/n in camp

Day 18:Cycle to Tashi Zong via Tse la pass 5200m (Off road, 45km, 6/7) o/n in camp
Day 19:Cycle to Rongbuk (5200m) & Everest Base Camp (Off road, 65km, 7/8hrs) o/n in camp
Day 20: Rest day at the monastery and enjoy the Tibetan Buddhism. Or just relax, or do some biking around Rongbuk o/n in camp
Day 21: Cycle to Lo Tingri (Off road, 70km, 10hrs) o/n in guesthouse
Day 22:Cycle to Lalungla Pass (Off road, 120km, 8 hrs, 5100m) o/n in camp
Day 23:Cycle to Nylam (Off road, 80km, 7/8hrs, 3800m) o/n in camp
Day 24: Cycle to Nyalam & drive by bus to Nepal via Kodari border (1350m, 158km) o/n in a hotel.
