Introduction:

From the Hindu Middle Hills culture to the Tibetan high country dwellers, the Manaslu Circuit, Nar Phu, Tilicho and Jomsom trek in the heart of the Nepal Himalaya is a cultural trek par excellence, without a doubt one of the best treks in Nepal. The spectacular mountain scenery has to be seen to be believed.
This is one of the newest trekking routes in Nepal, combining two spectacular treks into one unbeatable journey, which incorporates Nepalese and Tibetan culture, and spectacular scenery - the huge peaks of the Manaslu, Annapurna and Dhaulagiri Himal and the remote, glacial valleys of Nar Phu (named after the villages Nar and Phu) in the upper Manang region.

Day 01: Arrival and pick up from the international airport in Kathmandu, after some refreshment we will invite you for a traditional Nepali dinner o/n in a hotel (D)

Day 03: Drive to Gorkha and trek to Aahle Bhanjyang (6 hrs drive & 2 hrs walk, 530m) o/n camp (B,L,D)
Day 04 Trek to Arughat Bazaar (6 hrs, 570m) o/n in camp,
Day 05: Trek to Soti Khola (5 hrs, 730m) o/n in camp (B,L,D)
Day 06: Trek to Machha Khola ( 5/6hrs, 930m) o/n in camp (B,L,D)
Day 07: Trek to Jagat (7hrs,1370m) o/n in camp (B,L,D)
Day 08: Trek to Phedi Camp (5 hrs, 2130m) o/n in camp (B,L,D)
Day 09: Trek to Namrung (6 hrs, 2840m) o/n in camp (B,L,D)
Day 10: Trek to Sama Goan Ro (5hrs, 3390m) o/n in camp
Day 11: Rest day in Sama Gaon o/n in camp (B,L,D)

Day 13: Hiking to manasalu glassier back to samdo (5000m) o/n in camp (B,L,D)
Day 14: Samdo to Larkya Rest house (5hrs, 4480m) o/n in camp (B,L,D)
Day 15: Larkya-La & over night at Bimtang (10hrs, 3720m) o/n in camp (B,L,D)
Day 16: Bimtang to Tilje (6 hrs, 2300m) o/n in camp (B,L,D)
Day 17: Tilje Dharapani (3/4hrs, 1860m) o/n in camp (B,L,D)
Day 18: Dharapani to Jagat (5 hrs, 1300m) o/n in camp (B,L,D)
Day 19: Jagat to Nagdi (5 hrs, 930m) o/n in camp (B,L,D)
Day 20: Trek to Bensisher & Drive to Kathmandu (3hrs walk & 6hrs drive) o/n in a hotel (B,L)
Day 21: Free day in kathmandu o/n in a hotel (B)
Day 22: Transfer to the international airport (B)
