Pilgrims in nepal Introduction:

This extraordinary journey takes you over the hidden Humla valley in Nepal's western most frontiers to Tibet's holy Mount Kailash and mythical Lake Manasarovar. To begin this pilgrimage we start by taking the flight from Nepalganj to Simikot (2150m) in Nepal's remote Humla District. From this beautiful valley upwards the trek/Mountain bike follows the ancient salt trading and pilgrimage route towards the Nara Langa pass (4750m.) and then to the border trade post at Taklakot. Actually, this rigorous trekking /Mountain biking starts from the altitude of 2,745m up to 5600m as maximum through the remote and wild western Nepal and then over the Tibetan border. This mountainous trip is well organized supporting fully with all the camping equipment, English speaking guide, transportation amenities in Tibet using Japanese 4-wheel drive jeeps giving a back up support of a truck, pack-animals and porters in carrying the load of necessary provisions, luggage and equipment so that the clients could feel the comfort of walking and bike driving along the entire route carrying only day light back packs with them.
