Introduction:
You want to experience the sights of Mt Everest and Mount Makalu? Then the Arun valley is the place to be. . It can be found between the areas between Sagarmatha and Makalu-Barun National Parks. Our trekking in this valley provides an unique experience to the Khumbu region. We clearly see this trekking as an add-on to visitors who have already been in this Everest region but have this Everest fever and want to revisit Everest Base Camp (Kalapattar) via a less traveled route. The trek requires although fitness to fully enjoy the beauty of the region which provides some breathtaking mountain views. We start off with a flight to Tumlingtar to the East of Everest. In thethe first week we trek through the natural and pure territory into the Solu Khumbu region before we go up on the main Everest trail to Kallapattar. This is the most exciting part that offers viewsof Everest Nuptse and Lhotse along with many others before we memory filled return to Lukla and fly back to Kathmandu.

Day 01:Arrival and transfer to hotel, after some refreshment, we will invite for typical Nepali welcome dinner, o/n in a hotel (B)

Day 03: Fly to Tumlingtar and trek to Balawa (4hrs, 1150m) o/n in local house (B, L, D)
Day 04: Trek to Gothe bazaar (9hrs, 2150m) o/n in local house (B, L, D)
Day 05: Trek to Phedi (7hrs, 2745m) o/n in local house (B, L, D)
Day 06: Trek to Salma pass (7hrs, 3425m) and Gurashe o/n in lodge (B, L, D)
Day 07: Trek to Gudel (7hrs, 2450m) o/n in local house (B, L, D)
Day 08: Trek to Charakhark pass (8hrs, 2800m) Charakhark o/n in local house (B, L, D)
Day 09: Trek to Pangumla pass (7hrs, 3050m) Pangum o/n in local house (B, L, D)
Day 10: Trek to Puiyan (6hrs, 2500m) o/n in lodge (B, L, D)

Day 15: Trek to Marlung, (6/7hrs, 4210m) lodge (B, L, D)
Day 16: Trek to Gokyo via Renjo La pass (7/8hrs, 4790m) o/n in lodge (B, L, D)
Day 17: Hiking to Gokyo Peak and back to Gokyo, o/n in lodge (B, L, D)
Day 18: Trek to Phedi (4/5hrs, 4700m) o/n in lodge (B, L, D)
Day 19: Trek to Dzonglha via Chola pass (7hrs, 4860m) o/n in lodge (B, L, D)
Day 20: Trek to Labuche (3/4hrs, 4990m) o/n in lodge (B, L, D)
Day 21: Trek to Ghorkshep Lunch and excursion to EBC (6hrs, 5180m) o/n in lodge (B, L, D)
Day 22: Early in the morning we will go to Kala patthar (5555m) and return to Dughla (7/8hrs, 4590m) o/n in lodge (B, L, D)
Day 23: Trek to Tenboche (7/8hrs, 3850m) o/n in lodge (B, L, D)
Day 24: Trek to Namche (5hrs, 3440-m) o/n in lodge (B, L, D)
Day 25: Trek to Lukla (6/7hrs, 2800m) o/n in lodge (B, L, D)
Day 26: Morning fly to Kathmadu, afternoon free o/n in a hotel (B)
Day 27: Free day in Kathmandu, o/n in a hotel (B)
Day 28: Transfer to international airport in Kathmandu (B)
