TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF RESERVATION
The following are some outlined terms and conditions of contract you are
requested to consider:
1. How to make your reservation and payment:
To reserve a tour of your personal interest that is to be organized by
Himalayan Leaders (P)Ltd., you are kindly requested to fill up the booking
form designed on our website for your confirmed tour the deposit to the Bank
should be placed 15 days prior to your arrival for Nepal and 30 days prior
for India, Tibet and Bhutan. After the confirmation of your trip for India
and Tibet from the both sides, we should request you to send us an advance
payment at least 20% for Nepal and 30% for the countries like India and
Tibet is on the basis of the total invoice value. But in respect to the
country like Bhutan, as per the rules and regulation, the clients are urged
to pay their full amount of the charge in advance at least 15 days prior to
their arrival in Bhutan for the demanded tour.

2. Guarantors and Bankers:
Bank of Kathmandu Ltd. is our guarantor, which is leading commercial
bank of Nepal. This is the only bank offer you the bank security guarantee
of your deposit/tour amount on advance that you have paid us for your tour.
Once your advanced money is deposited in our bank, we ensure you that we
will issue and send you a copy of the receipt for the amount on fax within
24 hours to prove you that we have obtained your money paid for the tour.
You can send the payment through bank or credit card order by fax. Then you
will have to settle rest of the balance payment upon your arrival in
Kathmandu or Delhi at our office or authorized agent. Your prices are
accepted in Cash, Travel Cheque or Visa Card.
3. Your tour cancellation:
In case we receive your cancellation request for your tour, we are
obliged to imply 20% subtract of the total payment for Nepal tour and 30%
for Tibet, India tour. But to remind you correctly, your cancellation should
be made at least 15 days prior to commencement of your tour. Otherwise
cancellation request there after is not entertained. Likewise, your
voluntarily canceling or abandoning or deviating from fixed program or
canceling without notice cannot make us obliged to refund you in what so
ever form.
