Regarding the travel conditions in Nepal, Tibet, Bhutan and India, things are changing on rapidly subjected to the costs to be involved in domestic air fares, hotel / accommodation, meals, local transportation, sightseeing entry fees, conservation fee, visa fee etc which do not stay constant.

However, if changes occur after your booking,

Therefore, we have not quoted the price for any of our tour programs as it is very hard for us to update the fixed booking cost on our website and keep the price changing on all the times. Thus, in obtaining the precise prices of the tours, we request you kindly drop an email for us with the details of the tours you wish to do or fill out our booking form. Then, we will reply with the latest cost detail within the next 24 hours.

Inclusive or not?
Our prices in some cases does not include the entry fees for monuments, temples and monasteries during the sightseeing visits, we leave our guests free to pay the charge by themselves. Because, some of our clients may intend to stay longer at a single spot instead of visiting other more places. However we always transparently will mention what’s included in the price and what’s not.

We always encourage our guests having travel insurances before departure.

In the Himalayan region and especially for trekkings there are special insurance clause les including like helicopter rescue and medical charge in case any unexpected casualties and accidents.

For special mountain rescue insurances, we recommend guests to visit the site of their national mountain climbing organizations.

Last but not least…
For the service and guarantee our customers’ safety with the insurance policy on need, we are fully capable in rescue operations -even in various difficult and far remote regions- as we are the authorized members of the Helicopter Rescue Association. Each mountain guide is a member of this organization. Himalayan Leaders is a member of several other famous national organizations such as Trekking Agent Association of Nepal, Nepal Tourism Board, Kathmandu Environment Education Project, Nepal Mountaineering Association.
